Section 1 — No Return or Refund Policy
Due to the exclusive and limited edition nature of our products — including single-piece articles — we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed. All sales are final.
Section 2 — 24-Hour Cancellation Window
We understand that mistakes happen. You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us with a valid reason. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.

- Provide a clear and valid reason for cancellation
We reserve the right to approve or decline cancellation requests at our discretion.
Section 3 — Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review your case and offer a replacement or store credit if the claim is valid.
Section 4 — Order Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email. We strongly recommend reviewing your order details carefully before completing your purchase as changes cannot be made after the 24-hour window.
